ABOUT ME

 

Hi, I’m Trisha and I have a passion for teaching and sharing the essence of Yoga for individuals seeking to access their harmonious inner peace.

 

My journey started 10 years ago. I studied at the Victorian Institute of Yoga Education and Teacher Training where I completed my Advanced Diploma of Hatha Yoga Teaching and went on to teach and create Satya Yoga in 2009.

 

My special skill is linking relaxation with mental and physical well-being in my yoga teaching. This is reflected in feedback from my clients who experience not only immediate release of tension, but also a discovery of inner wisdom and peace.

 

I have built on my initial training through further study in Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Yoga as Therapy. Yoga Nidra or ‘yogic sleep’ is simple and effective way to naturally release tension from the mind and body.

 

As I have evolved in my knowledge and understanding of Yoga and Meditation, so too has my business.  Satya Yoga has now established She Energi.  Designed for women, She Energi is built on providing a number of opportunities to come together, share ideas, experiences and our love of humanity to grow in the practice of yoga and deep relaxation.
